Are We There Yet? A Workshop on Program Evaluation
The opportunity to learn about the impact of what you do and how well you're doing it is available to you every day. This highly interactive workshop will help you identify the many ways that you already evaluate what you're doing, learn other ways to evaluate that make sense for your organization, and understand more deeply how your community benefits from your work. Two great guest presenters from the Arts Extension Service out of Massachusetts lead this workshop, with voices from arts organizations in the region adding their best practices into the mix. The two tracks of the workshop - Fundamentals and Advanced - guarantee that you will leave with tools and information that you can put to use immediately.
